Drop off procedures for the 25-26 School Year. Students being dropped off between 7AM and 7:50 AM will be dropped of at the back of the school where the lunchroom is located. After 7:50 AM students need to be dropped off in the front of the school to get a tardy slip.

If your child requires medication during the school day, please stop by the nurse’s booth at Open House on Thursday, July 31 to:

▪️Sign the REQUIRED annual medication paperwork (must be completed by the child’s legal guardian)

▪️Discuss your child’s specific medication needs with the school nurse

▪️Optional: You may bring your child’s first month’s supply of medication to check in at that time

Reminder: Medications cannot be distributed at school without properly signed paperwork on file. Thank you for helping us keep your child safe and healthy!

Parents, as you shop for school supplies, please keep these headphone guidelines in mind:

✅ Aux adapter (not USB)
✅ Over-the-head headphones
❌ No Bluetooth or wireless headphones

📚 K–5 students will leave their headphones in a designated place at school for daily use.
🎒 6–12 students are responsible for keeping up with and bringing their headphones to class.

Over the next four to five weeks, the City of Bainbridge will conduct required maintenance on the water tower located near the Bainbridge High Campus on Highway 84. During this time, water supply to Bainbridge Middle School and Bainbridge High School will be limited. Decatur County Schools is committed to ensuring water availability for all summer extracurricular activities on these campuses. Administration will accommodate our students, faculty, and staff during this inconvenience period. We will stay in close contact with the City of Bainbridge and provide updates as the maintenance progresses. Thank you for your continued support.
